Description:
HAL ignores noatime mount option specified in policy files. I created
/usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/20thirdparty/20-custom-mount-options.fdi with the content as in the attachment. Restarted HAL and plugged in my USB drives. HAL does not mount the drives with noatime mount option. Tried with ext2 & JFS formatted USB drives.

1. Groups I belong to: lp wheel video audio optical storage camera power users
2. rc.conf: DAEMONS=(syslog-ng hal @cpufreq @crond @alsa @fam @preload @keytouch @wicd)

Additional info:
* package version(s)
hal 0.5.11-4

* config and/or log files etc.
See attachments

Steps to reproduce:
1. Save 20thirdparty/20-custom-mount-options.fdi (from attachment) to /usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/20thirdparty
2. Restart HAL.
$ /etc/rc.d/hal restart

Started HAL as below and got the debug files

hald --daemon=no --verbose=yes

hald.startup.debug.log ==> This file contains hald startup debug output (just before i was about to plugin my device)
hald.after.device.debug.log ==> This file contains hald debug output after I plugged in my USB device.
