Could jdbc support be added to PostgreSQL?

To enable, just add --with-java to configure.

using --with-java errors out with this:

checking whether to build Java/JDBC tools... yes
checking for jakarta-ant... no
checking for ant... no
checking for ant.sh... no
checking for ant.bat... no
checking whether works... no
configure: error: ant does not work

I don't think it would be fair to require java/ant/jakarta just to run postgres.
