FS#12218 - Udev doesn't create disk drive file for.eg. /dev/sda6 when one of the partition is RAW

Details

Description:
When one of the partitions is RAW (filesystem is not assigned) in the middle of the partitions for eg. /dev/sda5 and after it there should be one more partition /dev/sda6. /dev/sda6 is not created at all. This is supposition but I think it's worth to check
