pyqt comes with a plugin for Qt designer, but it doesn't get installed. The reason for this is that, although most of the package uses DESTDIR to control the destination directory, the designer subfolder uses INSTALL_ROOT. So the make install line should go make DESTDIR=${startdir}/pkg INSTALL_ROOT=${startdir}/pkg install Yes, it's stupid, but at least it's easy to deal with. PyQt doesn't appear to have a bugtracker, otherwise I'd report it there. |
