users that are in group users are not allowed to access usb memory devices(tested with my mp3 player), please add this: <policy group="storage"> <allow send_interface="org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume"/> <allow send_interface="org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume.Crypto"/> </policy> to /etc/dbus-1/system.conf. @djgera: Is this is misreading of the bug? It seems like he IS suggesting using the storage group, but I'm not too keen on dbus syntax
