texlive-core-2008.11138-1 contains documentation of the koma-script which collides with texlive-core-doc from community. Official texlive packages in extra are said to not contain any documentation. Therefore the files need to be removed from this package (a list of duplicated files are in the attachement). Steps to Reproduce: Install texlive-core and texlive-core-doc from community. |

Yep, this looks like the source file koma-script.tar.lzma was modified upstream (usually the docs are split in separate packages, but this looks like a new exception to the rule). I'll fix this, thanks for reporting.
