I ran into this before, but I don't remember exactly what I did to fix it. Try making sure acpid is in your daemons array in rc.conf, and it comes before hal

I already staret acpid before hal

bash-3.2$ cat /etc/rc.conf |grep DAEMONS
# DAEMONS
DAEMONS=(syslog-ng netfs @crond @sshd acpid dbus hal @wicd @bluetooth @cups)
bash-3.2$

This is a kernel module, it's not affected by userspace apps. Are you sure this module supports your laptop?

Yes i'm sure because i have use this kernel module for a long time. But after reinstall my arch system i doesnt work anymore.
I try to use it on an asus g1 laptop.

It fixed now. with
MODULES=(acpi-cpufreq cpufreq-powersave cpufreq-ondemand asus_oled asus-laptop !asus-acpi)

it works fine, because udev loaded asus-acpi instead of asus-laptop

asus-acpi and asus-laptop have the same module aliases, so when udev autoloads the drivers, it loads the first one it finds, which is asus-acpi in this case. Asus-acpi is slowly becoming obsolete, but is the old proven stable driver for asus laptops.
