Description:
vmware-guestd fails to start without libdnet.1 and libicui18n.so.40
vmware-toolbox fails to start without libicui18n.so.40
open-vm-tools package should depend on libdnet and icu packages.

I've just seen the wiki page for VMWare install, and it is written that if you get an error message you should install these dependencies. I'm new to Arch Linux, so I don't know what exactly is the philosophy on this point (slackware's resolve yourself dependencies or other's autoinstalling dependencies) but I think these two packages should be installed.
