Description:
The icon that appears on the left top of the gnome-terminal window is not proportional. Compare to the one that appears in the Applications menu. (which is ok). Additional info: * gnome-terminal 2.24.0-1 Steps to reproduce: * Open gnome-terminal * Look at the taskbar, top left icon in the window, etc (except under Accessories menu where it is ok.) |

and make markings in it to make things clear.

As requested, a screenshoted with markings. The problem is that
the icon is being scaled without respecting width and height
ratio.

What icon theme are you using? It's not one of the official ones
included in gnome. I can imagine there's some terminal icon that
isn't provided in the correct sizes which causes gnome to scale it
incorrect.
