DetailsDescription:
Missing kdebase in yakuake dependencies (installing it fixed the problem - I've checked in on my box) I know - you don't want to download half the KDE just to use this small program on fuxbox or xfce, but the disturbing text "Yakuake was unable to load the Konsole component. A Konsole installation is required to use Yakuake." and lack of console (just funny quake-like appearing text :>) isn't what you wanted downloading this package :) Dunno wheter old versions had the same bug or not. I'm new to Arch. My humble idea: yakuake is meant to use on KDE, so maybe developers thought, that it's obvious that if someone has kdelibs also has kdebase? After all - there are people (me for example) using yakuake on other window managers (me on gnome, flux and xfce). Additional info: * package version: 2.9.4-1 Steps to reproduce: Just replace kdelibs with kdebase in dependencies of this package (I hope kdelibs is in dependencies of kdebase). |

I just installed yakuake-2.9.6-1 on a fresh Arch and this dependency issue still exists. I had to install kdebase manually to be able to use yakuake.
