When the module snd-pcsp is loaded, my soundcard does not play any sounds, unloading this module, followed by reloading snd-hda-intel fixes this. Additional info: * package version(s) kernel26 2.6.27-2 alsa-lib 1.0.17a-1 * config and/or log files etc. lspci: 00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 82801H (ICH8 Family) HD Audio Controller (rev 03) hardware: Macbook Pro Rev3 Steps to reproduce: Boot and let module snd-pcsp be loaded, hardware as listed above, unsure for other hardware. |
