Since I upgraded to kernel 2.6.26 and 2.6.27 mkinitcpio gives this error when firewire is being build :: Parsing hook [fw] ERROR: module 'firewire[-_]sbp2' not found Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. latest 2.6.26 or 2.6.27 kernel, 2.6.26-5 or 2.6.27-2. Steps to reproduce: upgrade to these kernels and look at the nkibitcpio output. here is the lspci output for my firewire 05:0b.0 FireWire (IEEE 1394): Texas Instruments TSB43AB22/A IEEE-1394a-2000 Controller (PHY/Link) |

this is an initcpio issue and no kernel issue
