DetailsThis may be a bug in /etc/rc.sysinit. The root filesystem does not show up in /etc/mtab, and thus also not in the output of df or mount. It also seems this causes problems with grub-install, as it can't find the location of /boot (which is in my root partition). /proc/mounts lists / as being mounted from rootfs and /dev/root.
