As requested by Aaron here is my submission for a mirror. Domain name of archlinux.linuxfreedom.com I can let your know the location of the mirror which is Riverside, CA, USA The supported access methods would only be ftp and http. Depending on the load balancing it may be just http when I have to balance across to the second dedicated server. URLs will all be available Contact email would be my own |

If you would like another mirror located with the information above then someone with the right authority will hopefully let me know.
I think no distribution would say No to new mirror offers, so archlinux too. So, if you could provide a new mirror you should:
Put the beast online.
Make a initial sync on an other mirror with rsync access close to your location.
Provide the URLs and a contact address in this report.
Tell if you need to rsync to archlinux.org directly (where you must also provide a rsync IP to gain access on archlinux.org rsync).
His offer is a ISO download mirror, so his provided URL should go to http://www.archlinux.org/download/
