Details

Description:
Postgresql can be configured with a large number of password backends including LDAP and PAM. Since PAM is installed by default on a basic Arch system, it would seem logical that Postgresql would be built with it as a possible backend.

It doesn't need to be configured as the default password backend if you want to keep it "stock", however it would be nice to have the option.
