Description:

Do all Arch users *really* need detailed API docs of various system libraries? Considering how maybe, what, .001%% will ever dabble in low-level X11 C? And how that space is not insignificant on constrained systems -- which grow in frequency with the introduction of nettops and the like?

keeping docs is default now, but large and unneeded docs are still removed,
so I'm sure this was just overlooked, no need to overreact here ;)
