Description:
The logo wmlogos/archlinux-wm-base.svg has a black/opaque oval at the bottom instead of a white/transparent one.

This is intentional. The base SVG is meant to be used as a base to make your own community logo, replacing the "black oval" with your own design. It is meant to stand out and is there simply to get an idea of size and positioning.
