Details
Description: Nvu executable is not in $PATH, so starting
with "nvu" or via applications menu does not work:
$ nvu bash: nvu: command not found As firefox moved to /usr, Nvu should do so, too. Currently it installs to /opt/mozilla. And perhaps Nvu should be replaced by KompoZer from AUR. http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=13667 Thanks |

Reason for closing: Won't fix
Additional comments about closing: The nvu project has been discontinued and there given the length of time since anyone commented, I would say this bug has since been abandoned as well.

I'll try and rebuild nvu and place it in /usr. If the build fails
I will dump it in favour of Kompozer.

Nvu is no longer downloadable from their website, and the cvs
server no longer exists (the PKGBUILD pulled from cvs). As such
Nvu should be replaced by KompoZer in community. I ran a testbuild
and KompoZer builds fine.
