Details
Description:
Packages jre, jdk & openjdk in extra contains *.profile scripts that sets the environment variable CLASSPATH, this causes some build / configure / install / java stuff to fail. As Afc in #java-gnome expressed it: "< AfC> timtux: that's just whacked. You don't need to tell a JRE where it's core libraries are." Additional info: extra/jre 6u7-1 extra/jdk 6u7-1 extra/openjdk6 1.2-5 |

Hey!, I might be a bit responsible for jre and jdk, though the
owner of the packages is Jason Chu, add to assignees please. And
for openjdk6 Andreas Radke should be added to the assignees. If
Jason can't take on it I might look into it later, busy week
coming on. ;-)
FTR, you have the right to add them to assignees too :)
fixed for openjdk6-1.3
Solved in the upcoming new jdk/jre. Closing.
