Description:

The admin of our ukraine mirror hell.org.ua have to switch the mirror to a new hardware.
Therefor also the download url is changing:
Old url: ftp://hell.org.ua/archlinux
New url's (now both ftp and http access):
ftp://archlinux.hell.org.ua/archlinux
http://archlinux.hell.org.ua/archlinux

Could you make necassary changes in pacman's mirrorlist, wiki etc?

The mirror also has a new IP address, so rsync access has to be granted.
Dale has already make this change for rsync.
