I have to do a list of various features that should be included:

* According by the bylaws, TUs who didn't vote in three consecutive periods are candidates for a removal, but how can we know who vote?, i supose that we have to do a section [TUs who voted in this proposal: nick1, nick2] ideas?

* When we do i18n in Trusted User section?

I wrote this whole thing in a day so it's a real mess. I think the code needs to be separated from the html first, then do i18n. I'll probably start working on it and some way to know who has voted and who hasn't.
