the PKGBUILD for libldap needs a makedepend on patch

pkgver=2.3.40


Steps to reproduce:
Attempting to build libldap from abs on a minimal system results in the error: "patch: command not found"

patch is in base-devel, we assume you have that installed on a system that builds packages.
