Just create a new mirror of archlinux.

Server is load balanced & highly available (dual xeon dual core 2.33Ghz, 8GB, 2x100mb)

Basically 2 servers are serving the files...

Mirror is already on http://www.archlinux.org/download/ but not in pacman's mirrorlist.

This mirror is down for > 2 weeks and it seems DNS entry has been removed, too. See also http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/15643
