Thanks for this. I'll fix asap. BTW, the symlinks to non-existing files are on purpose (the files are in other texlive-* packages).

EDIT: the packages that contain files under /usr/share/texmf-dist/scripts are texlive-core, texlive-htmlxml, texlive-latexextra, texlive-pictures, texlive-langextra and texlive-pstricks. I've fixed their PKGBUILDs in svn so that they get proper permissions, and I will commit/upload the new pkgs later on. texlive-bin itself does not need to be fixed.
