Additional comments about closing:  Works for me after the upgrade. Packages have been built for both i686 and x86_64.

indent 2.2.10 fixes this problem, but I don't know where upstream source is for that version. I pulled it from https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/intrepid/+source/indent/2.2.10-1

I upgraded indent to 2.2.10 and uploaded for x86_64. I will get a i686 build as soon as I can. Please test and let me know if it all works fine for you
