There is a sed command in gparted PKGBUILD, which changes gparted.desktop file in order to execute gparted from gksu. The sed command in PKGBUILD: sed -i "s/Exec=gparted/Exec=gksu gparted/g" /usr/share/applications/gparted.desktop In gparted.desktop there isn't any "Exec=gparted" text, there is "Exec=/usr/sbin/gparted" so the command do nothing. I purpose to change the sed command to: sed -i 's/Exec=/Exec=gksu /g' /usr/share/applications/gparted.desktop The new command will work even if gparted's path is changed. I've attached a fixed PKGBUILD. |
