java not working in konqueror4 Additional info: * package version(s) kdebase-4.1.1-2 * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: run konqueror and try to open any java applet. more details: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=161825 quick fix from the bug: $sudo update-mime-database /usr/share/mime $kbuildsycoca4 --noincremental it is said that it's fixed in kde 4.1.1, but I still had to run these lines for java to work. |
