Description:
kdebase does not depend on qimageblitz that results of dolphin and filemanagement in konqueror not working.
Currently qimageblitz is a dependency of kdebase-workspace.

Steps to reproduce:
Install kdebase without kdebase-workspace.
See that dolphin does not run.
