Steps to reproduce:

using 2.0.8-3, open nano using standard syntax with any file and receive following error:

Error in /etc/nanorc on line 4: Unknown flag "nowrap"

Press Enter to continue starting nano.

Nano has been built with --disable-wrapping, so it won't accept any options for wrapping anymore. The default nanorc doesn't contain nowrap, though it's documented as example inside it. You can remove the set nowrap line to fix your bug.
