It looks that I found what is the problem...
By browsing pacman-dev archives I found the following thread:

Disabling 'UseSylog' helps.
However, not a pretty bug :-/

As you found out, the bug was already fixed. And in that patch, you can also see it was first reported in
FS#11096.So 3.2.1 which will be released very soon will work fine.
