The package blas has an undeclared dependency on gcc-libs. The fortran code in the library needs to be linked against the gfortran runtime system.

I've attached a modified Makefile which links the shared library against the gfortran runtime. I've also modified the PKGBUILD to depend upon gcc-libs, which contains libgfortran.so.

Without this fix, link errors occur when the gfortran runtime is not included (when dlopen-ing from a C app, for instance.)

gcc-libs is part of base group, and is supposed to be installed on every system (I doubt someone doesn't have it :P), thus is not required to be in depends array.
