Details

When attaching my iriver T60 music player to my usb port, I only get

and I cannot access the player. This has been reported to lkml and is fixed in 2.6.26.3, as arch still uses 2.6.26.2 I opened this bugreport.

This affects some flashplayers and some flashdiscs, so an update would be nice :-)

Hm. missed something in the bug guidelines.. So this is not a bug since it's fixed upstream but only exists on Arch because the package is outdated...

It's still very annoying :(

It is a bug and you provided a solution for it: upgrade the package. An outdated package itself is not a bug, but an outdated package with a bug is one.

Thank you for your responses, and I'm impressed again by the speed you devs react^^
This can now really be closes since kernel26 2.6.26.3-1 from testing fixes this issue and my flashplayer works again :-)
