in one string: CJK font/chars select error in Qt3 app.

This is a important patch for CJK user who are using non-CJK locale but who want to using Qt3 apps in CJK language.

I have tested:
extra/qt3 3.3.8-8
kdemod-legacy/qt3-enhanced 3.3.8-1

they are all don't work:)

so i think why not Arch add this patch?

Sorry, i made a mistake, this bug should in ‘Packages: Extra’, so can Admin move this or may i need re-report this?
and this is an upstream bug, maybe report this bug to Trolltech is better.

I guess debian and ubuntu already reported this thing upstream. It's a regression from 3.3.7 to 3.3.8 and can be fixed by applying the patch.
