Description:
sourcing of additional functions in /etc/rc.d/functions fails as the path to the functions is doubled

Additional info:
* package version(s)
initscripts 2008.08-1

Steps to reproduce:
place some dummy file in /etc/rc.d/functions.d/ and source /etc/rc.d/functions

A patch to solve this issue is attached.

Just for information, this was caused by the last commit on this file :
http://projects.archlinux.org/?p=initscripts.git;a=commitdiff;h=9dcd7a9fed510dacd14e4cf4497e73a98f847fac
But the intention was good :)
