There is no monodebugger inside the mono package.

Additional comments about closing:  Fixed with the new Mono 2.0 release. There is a new package called "mono-debugger".

mono-debugger is a standalone package, it's not part of mono itself. I don't know if there's a package for it in the distribution already though.

I'm waiting for the official mono 2.0 release which should come the next weeks. There the mono-debugger will become stable and with full integration in monodevelop. If it takes too long I will package it as an extra package.
