I'd like to take advantage of the onboard hardware watchdog timer that is part of the Intel ICH9 chipset on my motherboard. The kernel module doesn't appear to be part of the standard kernel26 build - the Linux kernel configuration symbol is ITCO_WDT. Is it possible to enable this, and as a suggestion the other watchdog hardware drivers in future Arch Linux kernels? Additional info: * kernel26 2.6.26.2-1 on x86_64 Thanks, Mark. |
