Description:
Pacman es locale is not working on a normal user since upgrade to pacman 3.2. only works as root

Additional info:

* config and/or log files etc.

pacman -Qi pacman

locale variable in /etc/rc.conf

Steps to reproduce:
-upgrade to pacman 3.2
-use pacman with a "es_CL" locale (not confirmed with another locale)

example:
su -
# pacman -Q --help
uso: pacman {-Q --query} [opciones] [paquete]
opciones:
-c, --changelog muestra el registro de cambios de un paquete
-d, --deps lista todos los paquetes instalados como dependencias

exit
$ pacman -Q --help
usage: pacman {-Q --query} [options] [package]
options:
-c, --changelog view the changelog of a package
-d, --deps list all packages installed as dependencies

I changed my locale to es_CL.utf8 and could not replicate. You don't have an alias for pacman in you ~/.bashrc that is unsetting you locale?

Oh, i checked again and noticed that happens only in yakuake
Name : yakuake
Version : 2.9.3-1

is not a pacman problem, yakuake does the same with another softwares. Thank you. Please close the ticket
