Description:

When using evince to view a document, I've found that evince doesn't take window focus when launched. This is very annoying because Alt-Tab, or, more importantly, Alt+F4 don't work as expected.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open document with evince from the command line or from an external program such as kile
2) Evince doesn't take the window focus

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  This is called focus stealing prevention, a feature in metacity.

Works here without problems using xfce4.

Maybe I should add that I'm using Gnome.
