Description:
Ekiga crashes when accepting an incoming call.

ekiga: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libopal_linux_x86_64_r.so.2.2: undefined symbol: speex_echo_state_init


Additional info:
* GNOME ekiga 2.0.12 x86_64

Steps to reproduce:
Update packages. pacman -Syu
Run Ekiga and accept an incoming call. Ekiga crashes with the above error message displayed in the terminal.

Should be fixed with opal 2.2.11-2.
