DetailsPKGBUILD for "kdesvn" is missing a dependency to kdelibs3. Starting the programm results therefore in an error message:
kdesvn: error while loading shared libraries: libkdecore.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory |

Compilation of the new package v0.14.6 dies (see compile.log)

Using options=('!makeflags') goes further, but still not succesfull.

Try removing kdelibs 4 from your system before building. That will probably fix it as it seems that it tries to use the kde4 stuff to link.

Removing kdelibs solved the problem. Thank you, closing bug!
