Description: Kdewebdev contains programs for web development. Basically an IDE called Quanta Plus (by far, the best of its kind under Linux). Then it also contains 2 or 3 small apps to check links and map images.

However, Quanta Plus is not ready yet for KDE4, so they just bundled the small apps in the package for KDE 4.1 leaving Quanta out. Obviously, this makes it completely useless. It's as if kdepim didn't have kmail and kontact.

To bring back Quanta Plus the package should be downgraded to version 3.5.9 and make it depend on kdelibs3 (not sure if it depends on anything else in KDE3).
