I build KDE 4.1.0 from svn tag before the packages where in testing/extra, there was an "menupoint" for GTK Style in the System Settings. Now in the official packages there isn't such a menu-point. Maybe something went wrong while packaging. Please have a look into it because it really hurts to have big fonts in GTK apps while the rest of the desktop is nice and small :)

Thanks in advance

I have the same problem in KDE4 from extra. I compiled gtk-qt-engine from sources but nothing happened. Does anyone have a workaround for this?

Well, I found in the forums a package that might work for you (it did for me): qtcurve-kde4.

I hope it helps.

Well, i got this package.
If your gtk apps use qt-curve you can use this package to make your kde4 look like your gtk-apps but i want to control the style of my gtk apps.

I think this has been solved long ago and can be closed.
