I know this is not the right place for notifying you of a new version. Nevertheless, I am running out of options here. For one, I have notified tpowa of whom I don't even know whether he still is part of the dev team (he didn't answer an email to his tpwoa@archlinux.org address), and a post in the forum was not answered either. So take this as a nudge towards the fact that maybe tpowa is not updating his packages? freenx has released a major update (even though it is only a small version bump from 0.7.1 to 0.7.2) and now provides a client that might be interesting to package as well. I do not feel competent enough to decide what patches are actually necessary from version 0.7.1. If nobody wants to update the package, I would be happy about some guidance as to what is important. |
