Description:
qsvn don't start because libdb-4.6.so don't exist. It give only 4.5 or 4.7

Compilation of the new package dies with similar error like the kdesvn ( FS#11059 ) package (see compile.log)

You have SMP problems.
try adding :
options=('!makeflags')

That might fix it. Do the same for kdesvn.
