Description:
xconq: error while loading shared libraries: libtcl8.4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

xconq needs to rebuilt against the latest tcl

just install it, and run... you will have an
xconq: error while loading shared libraries: libtcl8.4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
