All the projects at http://projects.archlinux.org list two URLs
to fetch the source trees, but the http URLs return a 403 forbidden error.

They're not intended to be accessible via http anymore, since we run the git daemon, which is more efficient and doesn't require us to remember to set that one hook to executable :)

I don't have access to this stuff, otherwise I'd remove it myself.

Yeah makes sense. The git protocol is much better for the purposes of git.

I don't know gitweb that well, do you guys know if we can remove the HTTP urls from there?

Actually, this bug was related and due to  FS#10746  . I suppose it can't hurt to keep http around... but this is a good reminder to ensure that all the hooks/post-update hooks are set to executable. The one in the autowifi repo is not.
