This message is a warning, it shouldn't actually *change* your permissions. Can you check with ls -l?

Looks fine now, though I uninstalled DOSbox. My apologies for misinterpreting the message.

I did notice that the man page for csup was executable, but nothing looked strange other than that.

If it's spitting that message, then yes, it is a bug.
