after upgrade to nvidia 173.14.05-4 driver, when I launch Xorg the screen is shifted to the right of about 1 cm. That not happens with the previous driver release. It may be an upstream bug but I can't find nothing about this kind of problem. Additional info: this happens on a GeForce FX 5500 |
This task depends upon
Setting my screen to 75 Hz solved my problem
Option "metamodes" "1280x1024_75 +0+0; 1280x1024 +0+0"
in the screen section worked fine again.
Thank you for the clue , I'll close the bug
