Description:
gnome-user-share should depend on apache, because otherwise it wouldn't function... The readme of gnome-user-share says: ############################################################### ...The dav server used is apache, so you need that installed... ############################################################### Additional info: * package version(s): 0.31-1 Furthermore I had to recompile it myself with ABS to work with apache 2.2.8 ... maybe it was compiled with apache 1.3 |
This task depends upon
I did install apache, but I had to recompile it because gnome-user-share didn't find httpd...
So, if it's not a dependency, there should be a message after the installation of gnome-user-share, so that users know what to install if they want to use DAV with that package: apache13/apache or other http daemons.
