Description:
The current dovecot package doesn't install the development headers.
Unfortunately, these are required for dovecot-sieve ("Sieve is a language that can be used to create filters for electronic mail." => perfectly for users with spamassassin)

Additional info:
* package version(s): dovecot 1.0.13-1 (i686)
* config and/or log files etc.: see ./configure... line in PKGBUILD


Steps to reproduce:
install dovecot 1.0.13-1 on (i686) and try to build dovecot-sieve

I've attached an updated version of dovecot PLUS a PKGBUILD for dovecot-sieve (which requires the development headers)

Today dovecot was updated to version 1.0.15-1 but the development headers are still not included.

I've turned these on in 1.0.15-2, now in [extra]. Please confirm this works for you now.
